After being hired by a barefoot country singer, Lisa Wise moved quickly up the ranks of LibreDigital, a leading eBook start-up based in Austin. After several years honing her chops, she was lured away by the spectacular team at CE21. Lisa now defends her official title of Excel Guru with weekly spreadsheet cage fights and brings her sophisticated wit and whip-cracking project management skills to bear on all aspects of CE21's system.

When she's not schooling the team on best practices for client interaction, Lisa can be found knitting, karaoking, or catching some live music. Further questions can be directed to the hilarious and loud woman running the happy hour.

Dean West is the founder and President of Association Laboratory Inc. He leads client engagements and is a frequent speaker and facilitator for national and global association leadership meetings.

Mr. West is a former association executive with experience as executive director, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer for both national and international membership organizations. He has been a consultant to the association community since 1992, and has provided services to hundreds of state, national, and international organizations.

Dean West is a nationally recognized expert in association management. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives. Mr. West authored the chapter on Membership Research for the ASAE book, Membership Essentials and the chapter on Marketing Professional Development Programs in the ASAE book, Core Competencies in Professional Development.

Mr. West is an experienced volunteer leader familiar with the demands of volunteer leadership. He is Past Chairman of ASAE’s Professional Development Council and has served on the ASAE Membership Council and the Editorial Board for the ASAE & the Center for Association Leadership Journal of Association Leadership. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Association Forum of Chicagoland.

In that time, she has served as client manager for the now 40+ state CPA Societies who partner with ACPEN to deliver live video webcasts to their members. Nicolette Kowalewski is an Austin Native and a graduate of the University of Texas' Radio Television and Film program. Upon graduation she worked in a variety of roles related to media.

She worked in education as a high school  Audio Video and Animation teacher for three years and left to pursue a freelance career in the local Austin Film industry where she held multiple production positions for a variety of film, television and commerical projects such as  Art and Office production assistant, 1st  and 2nd AD, production coordinator and producer.

She began her career at CE21 two years ago as a media production specialist. Since her hiring she has become an integral partner in coordinating Virtual Conferences, creating content for documentation, training and marketing purposes and has recently taken on the role of Social Media Manager.

Rachel High has been working with the wonderful team at CE21 since October 2019. She coordinates all tech runs with speakers and works with clients to produce successful live programs. She's also in touch with clients in the months prior to their Virtual Conference to familiarize them with Monday.com and manages both prerecorded and live presentations for those conferences.

In her free time, Rachel can be found thrifting, reading, or enjoying Austin's outdoor dining offerings with friends and her pup, Stevie Licks.
