After being hired by a barefoot country singer, Lisa Wise moved quickly up the ranks of LibreDigital, a leading eBook start-up based in Austin. After several years honing her chops, she was lured away by the spectacular team at CE21. Lisa now defends her official title of Excel Guru with weekly spreadsheet cage fights and brings her sophisticated wit and whip-cracking project management skills to bear on all aspects of CE21's system.
When she's not schooling the team on best practices for client interaction, Lisa can be found knitting, karaoking, or catching some live music. Further questions can be directed to the hilarious and loud woman running the happy hour.

Joe has more than 10 years of experience with Ewald Consulting, and more than 20 years experience in the fields of technology and design.
He has helped design and implement many Learning Management systems, and has also spent more than two years consulting on instructional design for clients, as well as spearheading the production of content for Ewald University.
In addition, Joe has more than 5 years experience in videography and has been a freelance photographer for the last eight years. His production work has been shown around the globe.

As the chief cook and bottle washer at CE21, John divides his time fairly evenly between tidying up the CE21 kitchen and working with clients and development staff to keep CE21 on the cutting edge of technology.
When time permits, you can find John at the local Home Depot buying who knows what for one project or another or darkening the doorway of one of Austin’s superb aquarium shops.

Braden Davis is an Affiliate Manager with CE21. Braden works on CE21’s Lighthouse platform and has more than 13 years of experience working in Association Management Software systems. Braden helps manage the onboarding of new association customers to CE21 Lighthouse, including data integration, customer training and support. Braden is a hardcore San Francisco Giants fan and has served as a youth coach in his free time.

Kathie Pugaczewski is the Vice President of Marketing Communications and Technology. She has more than 30 years of association management experience with a focus on technology platform strategy, marketing communications, conference management, continuing education and certification programs. She joined Ewald Consulting in 2005. Previously, Kathie worked for the Midwest Association of Association Executives (MSAE) as Marketing Director and the Builders Association of Minnesota as Executive Vice President. She has a Bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota and completed the Institute for Organization Management at the University of Notre Dame. In 2003, she earned her CAE designation. In 2009, she earned her Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation. In 2019, she earned her Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) designation and her Qualified Association Specialist (QAS) designation. Kathie serves on the CE21 Lighthouse Advisory Team.

Casey Jones, MBA, joined CE21 in 2017 bringing with him more than 20 years in sales, including 15 years working closely with association executives to deliver new technology services to their organizations and members.

Dean West is the founder and President of Association Laboratory Inc. He leads client engagements and is a frequent speaker and facilitator for national and global association leadership meetings.
Mr. West is a former association executive with experience as executive director, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer for both national and international membership organizations. He has been a consultant to the association community since 1992, and has provided services to hundreds of state, national, and international organizations.
Dean West is a nationally recognized expert in association management. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives. Mr. West authored the chapter on Membership Research for the ASAE book, Membership Essentials and the chapter on Marketing Professional Development Programs in the ASAE book, Core Competencies in Professional Development.
Mr. West is an experienced volunteer leader familiar with the demands of volunteer leadership. He is Past Chairman of ASAE’s Professional Development Council and has served on the ASAE Membership Council and the Editorial Board for the ASAE & the Center for Association Leadership Journal of Association Leadership. Anne Taylor has served as the manager of the Accounting CPE Network (ACPEN) since 2006. In that time, she has served as client manager for the now 40+ state CPA Societies who partner with ACPEN to deliver live video webcasts to their members. Anne managed the expansion of the ACPEN catalog from 10 courses annually to an extensive catalog of over 200 unique course titles that cover all areas of tax, accounting, and personal development. In addition, ACPEN facilitates and support the production needs of our partner associations, enabling them to expand their reach with their membership as well as to members of the other partner associations.

Kayla Huset has been with PESI, Inc. since 2009 starting with online program set up and configuration. She has helped PESI transition through different online CE providers including pre-implementation configuration and product mapping. After transitioning to CE21, Kayla has been involved in new product setup, new product development, system enhancements, bug fixes, etc. She is currently the CE21 System Administrator in addition to the Product Team Lead at PESI.

Marc Abla, CAE serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Illinois Chiropractic Society. Lindsay Poss, CMP, contracts and plans over 35 meetings and events each year...ranging in size from a 20 person regional meeting to a 300 person annual education/professional development conference for CalSAE, the largest association industry trade show on the West Coast (Seasonal Spectacular) with about 1,000 attendees. Brenda Dill is the senior director of education and communications for the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association (POMA) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She provides leadership to POMA’s numerous accredited educational programs by overseeing logistics, curriculum development, sponsorship and attendee engagement. Kevin Hodges has been involved in web application development and video streaming for 15 years. He is involved in building and maintaining CE21’s robust and scalable online seminar registration and delivery system. Kevin previously served in various roles at Legalspan where he gained a great deal of experience in online education delivery. He has also spent considerable time managing massive volumes of data for a large oil and gas company in Texas. Kevin holds a BS in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
With over 10 years of experience running the media and webcast department at a prior continuing education provider, Reid Stillings has managed and overseen the success of over 2,000 live webcasts nationwide, from small associations to Fortune 500 companies. Nicolette Kowalewski is an Austin Native and a graduate of the University of Texas' Radio Television and Film program. Upon graduation she worked in a variety of roles related to media.
She worked in education as a high school Audio Video and Animation teacher for three years and left to pursue a freelance career in the local Austin Film industry where she held multiple production positions for a variety of film, television and commerical projects such as Art and Office production assistant, 1st and 2nd AD, production coordinator and producer.
She began her career at CE21 two years ago as a media production specialist. Since her hiring she has become an integral partner in coordinating Virtual Conferences, creating content for documentation, training and marketing purposes and has recently taken on the role of Social Media Manager.

Rachel High has been working with the wonderful team at CE21 since October 2019. She coordinates all tech runs with speakers and works with clients to produce successful live programs. She's also in touch with clients in the months prior to their Virtual Conference to familiarize them with Monday.com and manages both prerecorded and live presentations for those conferences.
In her free time, Rachel can be found thrifting, reading, or enjoying Austin's outdoor dining offerings with friends and her pup, Stevie Licks.
