Having been at CE21 since pretty much the beginning, Lisa does a bit of this and a bit of that around here. Her main focus now is to oversee the development efforts to ensure everyone gets fun new features as well as bugs fixed quickly. She loves solving everyday problems, knitting, and karaoke.

Joe has more than 10 years of experience with Ewald Consulting, and more than 20 years experience in the fields of technology and design.
He has helped design and implement many Learning Management systems, and has also spent more than two years consulting on instructional design for clients, as well as spearheading the production of content for Ewald University.
In addition, Joe has more than 5 years experience in videography and has been a freelance photographer for the last eight years. His production work has been shown around the globe.
He has a B.A. in Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota.

As the chief cook and bottle washer at CE21, John divides his time fairly evenly between tidying up the CE21 kitchen and working with clients and development staff to keep CE21 on the cutting edge of technology.
When time permits, you can find John at the local Home Depot buying who knows what for one project or another or darkening the doorway of one of Austin’s superb aquarium shops.

Janelle is tasked with maintaining Affinipay's high quality customer service experience for new and existing clients. Her role is focused on customer communication strategies, ensuring that all client needs are met in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Braden Davis is the Lighthouse AMS Product & Implementation Manager with CE21. Braden has than 15 years of experience working in Association Management Software systems. He works with clients to build out enhancements and help shape the direction of Lighthouse. Braden also implements and onboards new association customers to CE21 Lighthouse, including data integration, customer training and support.
Braden is a hardcore San Francisco Giants fan and when not watching, coaching, playing baseball he can be found headbanging at heavy metal concerts or waiting for his '78 Bronco to get out of the shop.

Kathie Pugaczewski is the Vice President of Marketing Communications and Technology. She has more than 30 years of association management experience with a focus on technology platform strategy, marketing communications, conference management, continuing education and certification programs. She joined Ewald Consulting in 2005. Previously, Kathie worked for the Midwest Association of Association Executives (MSAE) as Marketing Director and the Builders Association of Minnesota as Executive Vice President. She has a Bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota and completed the Institute for Organization Management at the University of Notre Dame. In 2003, she earned her CAE designation. In 2009, she earned her Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation. In 2019, she earned her Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) designation and her Qualified Association Specialist (QAS) designation. Kathie serves on the CE21 Lighthouse Advisory Team.

Casey Jones, MBA, joined CE21 in 2017 bringing with him more than 20 years in sales, including 15 years working closely with association executives to deliver new technology services to their organizations and members.
Following a successful career within the start-up space, Casey has leveraged his experiences into helping grow CE21 into a recognized leader in the online education industry.Casey’s firmly rooted in the belief that by treating customers as partners, we are all invested in each other’s success. “At CE21, our primary message to our customers is, your success defines our success.”

Dean West is the founder and President of Association Laboratory Inc. He leads client engagements and is a frequent speaker and facilitator for national and global association leadership meetings.
Mr. West is a former association executive with experience as executive director, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer for both national and international membership organizations. He has been a consultant to the association community since 1992, and has provided services to hundreds of state, national, and international organizations.
Dean West is a nationally recognized expert in association management. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives. Mr. West authored the chapter on Membership Research for the ASAE book, Membership Essentials and the chapter on Marketing Professional Development Programs in the ASAE book, Core Competencies in Professional Development.
Mr. West is an experienced volunteer leader familiar with the demands of volunteer leadership. He is Past Chairman of ASAE’s Professional Development Council and has served on the ASAE Membership Council and the Editorial Board for the ASAE & the Center for Association Leadership Journal of Association Leadership. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Association Forum of Chicagoland.

Marc Abla, CAE serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Illinois Chiropractic Society. He began working at the Illinois Chiropractic Socidety in 2002 and became the Executive Director in 2008. He brings his extensive financial, administrative and association experience to the ICS. Mr. Abla is a Certified Association Executive and a graduate of the Certified Leadership Series through the Illinois Society of Association Executives. Additionally, he is a member of the Illinois Society of Association Executives, the American Society of Association Executives, Congress of Chiropractic State Associations, and the American Chiropractic Association. Marc serves on the CE21 Lighthouse Advisory Team.

Lindsay Poss, CMP, contracts and plans over 35 meetings and events each year...ranging in size from a 20 person regional meeting to a 300 person annual education/professional development conference for CalSAE, the largest association industry trade show on the West Coast (Seasonal Spectacular) with about 1,000 attendees. She is responsible for all of the detailed logistics, partnership/sponsorship and booth sales, vendor contacts, A/V, food and beverage, volunteer management during the events, and the meeting and sleeping rooms. Lindsay has 18 years of experience working with valued constituents and planning events for non-profit organizations.

Jim Anderson is the President and CEO for the California Society of Association Executives. He has served in that capacity for 18 years. Jim supports the CalSAE Board and its Committees in developing and implementing the strategic plan, organizational policies and programs. He also directly staffs the Board of Directors and the Legislative, Audit and Nominating committees. He is responsible for daily operations, including financial management & reporting and staff supervision. Also coordinates and implements state and local activities. Jim has served in the non-profit sector for more than 30 years.

Rick Rutherford is a recognized author, speaker, association industry executive, with expertise in forging, developing and managing long term relationships with associations. A collaborative communicator, he loves to help organizations drive engagement by leveraging proven successes in education program development, idea exchanges and networking opportunities that enhance professionalism and promote high standards.
A co-founder of an association technology company, Rick has dedicated more than 30 years of his life serving the association industry in a variety of roles.

Kevin oversees the building, maintaining, and securing of CE21’s robust and scalable online seminar registration and delivery system. He has a BS in Construction Management from Arizona State University and enjoys home improvement and DIY projects, as well as spending time at the beach in Port Aransas.
With over 10 years of experience running the media and webcast department at a prior continuing education provider, Reid Stillings has managed and overseen the success of over 2,000 live webcasts nationwide, from small associations to Fortune 500 companies. His passion for supporting affiliate associations in a fast-paced work environment made him the perfect addition to the CE21 team.

Nicolette Kowalewski is an Austin Native and a graduate of the University of Texas' Radio Television and Film program. Upon graduation she worked in a variety of roles related to media.
She worked in education as a high school Audio Video and Animation teacher for three years and left to pursue a freelance career in the local Austin Film industry where she held multiple production positions for a variety of film, television and commerical projects such as Art and Office production assistant, 1st and 2nd AD, production coordinator and producer.
She began her career at CE21 two years ago as a media production specialist. Since her hiring she has become an integral partner in coordinating Virtual Conferences, creating content for documentation, training and marketing purposes and has recently taken on the role of Social Media Manager.
Rachel High has been working with the wonderful team at CE21 since October 2019. She coordinates the CE21 Virtual Conferences and works with clients to produce successful live programs, making sure the in's and out's of the event meets their needs. She's also in touch with clients prior to their Virtual Conference to familiarize them with Monday.com and manages both prerecorded and live presentations for those conferences.
In her free time, Rachel can be found thrifting, reading, or enjoying Austin's outdoor dining offerings with friends and her pup, Stevie Licks.
