Welcome to the Product Fundamentals classroom! We invite you to look around and become familiar with the style of your new learning resource! This will provide you with a first look at how CE21 works and how it can best work for you. You will start at Lesson 1 and work your way through. Let's go over the syllabus for this course:
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course will focus on the initial steps that a new client needs to complete in order to prepare for the eventual go live of the catalog. Initial steps include product creation, understanding credit and how it works in the client's industry, creating certificates, evaluations, and quizzes. No prior experience is required.
OBJECTIVES: As a result of this course, you will be able to:

Become familiar with CE21 Manager, its setup, the menu navigation, and the location of shortcuts, icon tools and training resources

Create a post-program evaluation

Integrate your webinar service in CE21 so you can sell those in your catalog and track attendance to automatically grant certificates.

Create products within CE21 Manager and attach different prices

Set-up credit and build certificates
-
Understand product creation, product templates, product families and the way that products are set up and the options available to you at the product level

Understand how Certificate Requirements work and attach them to your products

Having been at CE21 since pretty much the beginning, Lisa does a bit of this and a bit of that around here. Her main focus now is to oversee the development efforts to ensure everyone gets fun new features as well as bugs fixed quickly. She loves solving everyday problems, knitting, and karaoke.

Jaime Spicer is a California native who has spent most of her life in Texas. After graduating from Baylor University, she spent a few years honing her legal chops. After deciding not to go to law school, she switched gears and spent four years with another start up that created highly adaptive and innovative budgeting software.
In her position at CE21, she is an integral part of our Documentation and Training team. Her position allows her to use her writing skills to create high value content in various mediums and further develop and improve our LMS training processes. She is also very involved in Client Services and works with Clint McBride to provide a high level of care to our client base.

Nicolette Kowalewski Related Seminars and Products
Social Media Account Manager & Media Production Specialist
CE21
Nicolette Kowalewski is an Austin Native and a graduate of the University of Texas' Radio Television and Film program. Upon graduation she worked in a variety of roles related to media.
She worked in education as a high school Audio Video and Animation teacher for three years and left to pursue a freelance career in the local Austin Film industry where she held multiple production positions for a variety of film, television and commerical projects such as Art and Office production assistant, 1st and 2nd AD, production coordinator and producer.
She began her career at CE21 two years ago as a media production specialist. Since her hiring she has become an integral partner in coordinating Virtual Conferences, creating content for documentation, training and marketing purposes and has recently taken on the role of Social Media Manager.
